How To Earn Money Selling International Calling Cards

I have been trying to earn extra money online for around 10 years, using a number of companies and programs, and a number of affiliate programs too. In 2008 while I was in a long distance relationship, me living in Florida and my girlfriend living in the UK, and spending a lot of money on phone calls, I did a lot of research on how to make cheaper international phone calls, and found not only a company with the best services and prices, but an affiliate program that meant I could promote them too. There are a lot of international calling cards on the market, and what makes the ones that I promote different is that there are no hidden charges or tricks. Not only are the prices amazingly low, I don't have to time my calls or have any other frustrations caused by the need to worry about extra charges. The company that I use, AlmostFreePhoneCalls.com has a wide range of calling cards that offer top rates for calling to and from most countries in the world. I used to call to the UK from the USA for example for 1.2cents/minute, which I think is pretty amazing! There are cards with even cheaper rates if you want to pay a charge per call in addition to the per minute rate, perfect for the really long calls. This company saved me untold dollars over the 2 1/2 years that my girlfriend and I were dating long distance, with a $20 top up on my card lasting 28 hours! The great thing about this company is, and I am finally getting to the point of the article, that they have a great Affiliate Program. For everyone that signs up using your referral link, you get 12% or more in commission (that's $1.20 if they buy a $20 phone card). That's great, but it gets better. These people are your customers for life. So, every time they top up their card, you earn commission. I have 3 people who come back multiple times every month and spend between $100-$200 a month between them, and this number is growing, as is the number of people who come back ever 2 or 3 months. Now for the really good part if you are an affiliate marketer - you earn commission for life on sales by people that you refer. If you can sign up 10 people, and they each sell $200 of phone cards a month, then you get a cut of that, which soon adds up. The cards are all purchased and topped-up online, so there is no need to provide plastic copies, just to advertise your web site link. Finally, if you can't see the benefits, think of the market for international calling cards. In the USA, there is a huge Hispanic community, with people from all over Central/South America and the Caribbean calling home. In both the USA and Canada a large community from India, Europe and the Far East. In the UK there are millions of people from Eastern Europe, India, Pakistan, Africa and the Caribbean for a start. These are just a few of the countries with large multi-ethnic communities that you can tap into.

Thanks Frederick. I just had close to a record month for earnings on my phone cards in January, but an excellent month for new customers, many of who I hope will keep coming back. About 75% of the people who buy return and buy again, so the new customers are a good sign.
